Cabin Cruiser

Another from the series by the Thea Foss Waterway in Tacoma, WA. Many of these boats are no longer here because the marina was replaced with a new indoor boat storage facility and the quiet reflections cannot be gotten to. There was an old diner resaurant where I parked and these are taken along the water that used to be alongside the parking lot. Now the old diner is gone and the views and access to the water with it.

I love the subject and the scene, but the picture seems off center to me. There is too much empty space at the bottom and the top of the boat is cut off. Of course you may have had reasons for doing that, but I would have liked the boat more centered or the picture more balanced.

The image was the reflection. I have about a dozen in this series and all are focused on the reflection. I placed it centered with the suggestion of the boat above.
